Just so you're aware, a lot of people really dislike the use of "retard" in this sense.  I know it's really popular in some corners of the internet, but I've heard it used as a slur too many times not to be repulsed.  It might be a good idea to edit that out.

I admit I have a massive swearing problem and it's not uncommon for me to disrespect people when they anger or offend me.
