I am happy to announce that Minister @Bentxamì Puntmasleu recently returned from leave, and I have asked him to deal with this matter. As far as I can see, there were no nominations for the PermSecBHAID role, which would suggest to me that the position should fall into abeyance; but I'll let him go forward on this.
