I wouldn't advise this one, but this is the one I watched this weekend. (Spaghetti western meets Kung Fu, and starring Klaus Kinski? I wish it had been as good as the premise.)
My recommendations for films in the spaghetti western genre tend to be the ones already fairly well known among movie buffs. Leone's "man with no name" trilogy. ("A Fistful of Dollars", "For a Few Dollars More", and "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly".) (Basically, any Sergio Leone movie. The holiday is based around his birthday. You can't go wrong with any of them, but in my opinion, "Once Upon a Time in the West" is his masterpiece.)
Other personal favorites are "My Name is Nobody" (Henry Fonda is in that one. A classic), the first Django movie, the Sabata Trilogy (Lee Van Cleef and Yul Brynner take turns in the title role) and "the Great Silence" (another Kinski film.) But there are dozens of other great films in this genre. Investigate it, maybe you'll find some gems I haven't seen yet

And by Django, I mean this, not the Tarantino film. (It's funny, watching the trailers to some of these films...they're worse than the actual movie is. Usually they pick the best parts of the film to put into the trailer.) (Franco Nero, who played Django in the original film, also appeared in the Tarantino film.)
