Those who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones. Im not gonna judge anyone for not being active in Talossa, when many things in Talossa can feel like a chore and everyone has things going on in their personal life that are more important. Lack of motivation, missing deadlines, going awol are all things Im quite familiar with. Furthermore I have the greatest respect for Dame Litz, who has contributed a lot to our nation. Being a judge is a thankless job in Talossa, especially since our legal system is bloated and ridiculous and so are most cases.

So not in any way a personal judgement, but a practical consideration: cases need to be resolved, otherwise they keep dragging on which is bad for Talossa. Judges are assigned cases. If someone is not here to resolve cases, they shouldnt be assigned cases and they shouldnt be a judge. Nobody benefits from that. Of course if Dame Litz returns to activity shed be more than welcome to return to the CpI.
