According to the Chancery's interpretation of Lex.B.2.2, which was reflected in election rule C.2 as ratified by the EC, the parties allowed to put referenda statements on the ballot are those with seats in the 60th Cosă, which Avant does not hold; and as far as party registration is concerned, Avant is not a successor to any of the three parties. As such, the Chancery will indeed allow separate statements for FreeDems, PdR and COFFEE on either referendum, if they so wish. (And vice-versa, Avant itself will not be allowed a statement.)

Conversely, incidentally, El Parti Virt is the same entity as Open Society and will be allowed to put a statement on the ballot on either referendum under the new name, even though C.2 predates the name change.

Ah, I see.  Interesting!  So next term, presumably, they'll only be allowed to submit one statement per referendum, unless they register as individual parties again for that election?  That makes sense.

Not quite - under the current law and election rules they would be allowed to submit only one statement, period - regardless of what happens to their registration status in the next General Election - because Avant would be recognised as the the one party holding seats in the previous Cosa.

Unfortunately as indicated in election rule A.1 and in the summary opening this thread, the initial registration must contain at least the three mandatory parts (name, leader(s) and statement). I am taking note of this post (which otherwise looks complete) but I will only act upon it once the statement is included.

Otherwise, the statement on 60RZ06 has been entered.

PdR statements on referenda:

60RZ06: It is only fitting that Talossans who retain their citizenship to the end of their lives should be able to retain it in perpetuity. PdR supports changing the Organic Law to enable such a state.

60RZ21: As one plank of the Consensus Plan on Reform, we support fixing the length of the legislative term as a means to enable more predictable operation of Talossa's institutions and create more space for apolitical Talossans to get involved apart from the din of politics.

@Sir Lüc Mr. Secretary, I am adding the Green statement on 60RZ21:
We support fixed election dates and applaud the work of S:reu Autofil in shepherding this initiative. We do, however, view this as a first step in improving Talossan governance, as we also need longer Cosa terms. We need less fevered campaigning and more of the governance this initiative represents.
