At this time, my understanding of the distribution of the seats is that:

• Those of the Green Party will be filled by Mximo Carbonèl, per the other thread.

I am aware that it is the will of the ¡Avant! Coalition that their seat be filled by Açafat del Val, and I will respect that when I receive advice on a valid method of doing so.

We still need the assignment of the two seats of the Progressive Alliance, whose leader is þerxh Sant-Enogat.

In any case, I don't want to open the Nimlet without all the seats filled according to the wishes of their parties.

Party have 10 days after the official electoral result are in to name their people.

I have 2 seats for the green and 1 seat as senator
You have 1 seat as governor

If you wish we can move on to rewrite our constitution , our province is always stock when the governor seat is vacant.

Ehh, screw it, alright, I'll open the Nimlet and do the confidence vote, and if someone wants to draft a resolution to revise III.5, that'd be great (I'll do one, too, but I'd prefer my take not to be the only one).

The XXIIIrd session of the Nimlet of Florenciă is now convened.

Our first order of business is a vote on a Resolution of Confidence in the current governor, @Iac Marscheir, pursuant to III.9. Voting on this resolution shall run for two weeks and terminate on June 8, in accordance with IV.7, or prior if all eligible votes are cast.

Apologies for the delay. With 0 votes for and 0 votes against, the resolution of confidence in the current governor passes.

I'd first like to follow up on the Cort's advisory opinion by accepting @Miestră Schivă, UrN-GC's assignment of the ¡AVANT! Coalition's 1 seat to @Açafat del Val.

However, I'd still like to introduce a revision to the Constitution.

The updated seat distribution is as follows:

Governor - 1 seat
Mximo Carbonèl - 3 seats (senator's seat + Green Party's 2 seats)
Açafat del Val - 2 seats (¡AVANT!)
Vacant - 2 seats - Progressive Alliance (I guess we're kinda past the deadline for assignment.)
