This is an interesting proposal Baron, and one that deserves discussion. What do the other members of the Commission think? Does this politicize the TA program and risk broosking? Perhaps it is more like MZ's doing meet and greets with future constituents? Thoughts anyone?

I hadn't thought about the broosking thing... maybe we could just incentivize the process instead of requiring anyone to do it?

That may work -- maybe serving as the TalossAssistant to a sufficient number of citizens could be grounds for something from the honors system, as one idea?

Maybe.

We started this commission months ago, and it's been mostly silent since July.  But it seems like we figured out most of our recommendations really fast.  And since the Government seems to be indicating they won't actually do much of this until the report comes out, I think right now it's more important that we actually produce something.  Your Majesty, maybe we can announce the list that you figured out in July, and then continue if we need to?

Azul members of the Commission,

I plan on working with you to formulate a legislative proposal to be ready to place on the First Clark of the next Cosa. Our proposals should include the following:

• Revival of the Talossa Assistant Program
• Refresh of The New Citizens Guide
• Renewed use of the Prime Minister's Patriotic Award
• Royal Charters
• Heraldy for new citizens

I for one would like to see each new citizen asked to co-sponsor as a TA one new applicant. I would also like to see the College of Arms reaching out to new citizens to notify them about our Heraldy program. Each member could be assigned by the Dean to a new citizen, not necessarily to design the arms, but to encourage them to work with the Coletx to procure them.

I also am itching to give out some Royal Charters to organizations! There is so much I can be doing so use me!
