Okay, dig this. As with the other sections of our criminal law, I've adapted this from Wisconsin law.

1) A new El Lexhatx A.7.2.11:

QuoteDisturbing the peace. Whoever, in a public or private place or forum within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom, repeatedly engages in aggressive, abusive, indecent, or otherwise disorderly conduct under circumstances in which the conduct tends to cause or provoke a disturbance is guilty of a serious misdemeanor.

(A serious misdemeanor authorised barring from Witt for a period of up to 1 year.)

2) Delete 2.1.1.-2.1.6 in AD's draft above and replace with

Quote2.1.1.  After the first offense within a period of 12 months, the Chancery may issue a written warning and/or disable specific post(s) or thread(s).

2.1.2.  After the second offense within a period of 12 months, the Chancery may suspend the miscreant's account for 24 hours.

2.1.3. After the third offense within a period of 12 months, the Chancery may suspend the miscreant's account for 7 days.

2.1.4.  After the fourth and subsequent offenses within a period of 12 months, the Chancery may impose additional 7 day bans, and the Attorney-General may prosecute the miscreant for the serious misdemeanour of disturbing the peace.
