That's fair. Doesn't mean much does still mean something and I support increasing their visibility as a reflection of the speaker. There is toxicity and destructiveness happening, unfortunately, in Talossa and my signature line will show it.

It's not name-calling, it's the truth. It's not harassment, its protecting people from you. Feel free to sue if you actually believe you are being wronged.

Defamation of character counts a tort. Since you evidently believe you are being defamed (i.e. that people are lying about you to damage your reputation), you should have no qualms about suing civilly. I invite you to sue those who you imply are defaming you.

Marcel I get that you believe I should sue. You've said that a few times now. And I've said what I need to say. I apologized to Luc for the discomfort my words caused. Others including you believe that that apology was insufficient and that's a fair take that I understand. I don't agree but it is understandable.

I'm going to move on from this thread as it is just a pile on.

While this would be great spectator sport, I'm afraid Talossan defamation law is very weak. I refer you to the 1997 case of Gallagher v. Madison, where the CpI ruled that KR1 telling outright lies about E. Gallagher was not defamation because "no-one believes what he says anyway".

But once again, what else is hilarious to watch is Breneir deny that he's a sex pest after voting for the unanimous Ziu resolution that he's a sex pest.

As this is a Constitutional Monarchy, my powers are limited, and I don't have the power to remove someone from office. I would suggest reading through the Organic Law and El Lexhatx. It's actually quite interesting reading, especially if you have any plans on becoming a legislator, as I think you did declare a new political party.

Seconding this, @Max Maltezos . In particular, the Organic Law is our constitution, and if you want to run for office, it's best to know how everything is set up! Knowing how the Government is formed, what the Opposition does, these are all important if you want to play a part!

BTW, I did my patriotic duty and informed Garth Spencer that he was signing up to the Sex Pest Party, and being an upstanding citizen he decided to stand his own party instead (as he's been threatening to for years lol)
