Thank you, Your Majesty.  I pledge to serve the people of Talossa.  I have retrieved my copy of The Loom of Language and hope to help arrange a live ceremony in conjunction with a Living Cosa.

We will soon announce our postings to Government, our immediate plans and programme, and a speech for the future.

The East Coast is quite lovely, but all things considered, I don't expect I'll be driving the 3,000 miles at this time. Zoom is far more convenient and we can have people from all over the world join in!

WHEREAS the Secretary of State, having declared the results of the most recent General
Election; and

WHEREAS having commanded a majority of the Cosa in this, Our 62nd Ziu; and

WHEREAS Under the provisions of Article VI of the Organic Law, We have been
presented with a petition, signed by a majority of els Membreaux dal Cosa;

THEREFORE We hereby appoint Our dedicated Servant, the Baron Alexandreu
Davinescu, to serve Us as Our Seneschal.

Given under Our hand Royal at the city of Riverside this seventeenth day of December, in
