As the Kingdom investigates the entities in THIS LIST

It occurs to me that Cézembre has the opportunity to exhibit leadership and act as a staging point and precursor to future foreign relationships.

Appointed liaisons (which may include various Talossan citizens not necessarily Cézembreans) would gather data and would have that ability to tie a site within Zone Autorisée to that material as an information office related to the entity in question.  These offices would wax and wane depending on the exchange of communications.

Should there be sufficient progress, then there may be an interim step to create a consulate (legislation for which could be modeled on the Vuode / Cézembre agreement)

After a time whilst the parties involved are playing nicely, then a petition could be lodged with the King to foment a diplomatic relationship at the level of the realm.

Does l'Etats support such a concept such that details could be hashed out, both at the provincial and Kingdom level?

Worth saying that it is an interesting idea.
It's scary and disturbing how well and accurately Orwell predicted today's world.

May I assume you voted to Astaenu?  I put the poll above to trigger responses, but I kept it so I don't see who responded.  Thus those who are not of l'Etats could potentially indicate their interest or opposition.

Further discussion about the "why" of this.

In various types of development activity, it is important to have a prototyping environment, sometimes referred to as a "sandbox" to try things out prior to more extensive implementation.  Cézembre has an actual sandy area in Zone Autorisée (including Tamorán Beach) This MAP shows that area along with Canard Colusseum, either of which could have foreign information offices present, perhaps styled as beach umbrellas which are easily relocated for events such as Talossan Football &/or Opera performances.  This activity would serve as potential engagement to Óifisch Rexhital del Tourismeu dal Insulā da Cézembre especially those entities that may attend the 2027 European MicroCon where delegates will be visiting the south coast of France and may be encouraged also to visit the north in Brittany.

I did vote austaneu, I said it was an interesting idea but I also think that we would need to explore it further.
