No worries Sam. I think our Foreign Affairs Minister @xpb might have more info on the role. It reports to his ministry and he has led the recruitment. One thing it might mean is assisting the Government with deciding who receives donations via our national  humanitarian organization, the Bureau for Humanitarian Aid and International Development.

It is very exciting that you are interested in immediately helping our small nation's civil service!

What would you like to do when it comes to humanitarian aid?  We have one person whose job it is to research and offer private advice to the government, but I suppose we could find more work in that vein.

@Sam Morgan , I think you will find that if you don't engage at all, people aren't going to petition for you to join us. We aren't that interested in citizens who are just going to generally ignore us. There's nothing wrong with participating minimally in our civic society, just voting and not really chatting or creating, but it's definitely not something we hope to see.

If you are still interested, I recommend engaging a little with people. If you're not, you could let us know.
