Understood that this is very preliminary, but would provide the perspective through the eyes of a new immigrant.  There is no restriction on someone being prepared for an eventual potential task if they have interest.

@xpb I noticed that the informational liaison position is listed on the Seneschal's List but it does not list the current liaisons. Is this normal?
