WHEREAS it has been exactly a fortnight since @Moinul Moin made his first post on Wittenberg, the Kingdom's official forums, following his application for the best thing money can't buy™ being received by the Ministry of Immigration and

WHEREAS he, in that fortnight, has demonstrated continuous, genuine and active interest in this wonderful nation, its life, language and culture and

WHEREAS he clearly seeks citizenship in the best micronation in the world (trust me on this one) and

WHEREAS he genuinely seems like a nice person and

WHEREAS we thank his brother, albeit not being a citizen, for telling Moinul about Talossa

WHEREAS he would contribute to this nation, be loyal and dedicated and

WHEREAS the fact that I have some peers in Talossa is really nice,

THEREFORE I, Barclamïu da Miéletz, a citizen of good standing of the province of Cézembre and of the Kingdom of Talossa, do hereby petition the Secretary of State @Sir Lüc to issue a grant of citizenship to Prospective Citizen @Moinul Moin, as specified by law.
