I have already pass the questioner of the ID Card. And I have apply for ID Card, I would like to know that they will send me both Citizenship Certificate and ID Card to my Address in Nigeria.

Moses, asking the same question multiple times is a bit rude. Talossa doesn't issue certificates of citizenship, and once you receive an ID card, it cannot be used as official identification.

Additionally, you are already a citizen. I'd also advise you not to jump around between political parties, because then people will take you less seriously.
