Where in Korea will you be going?

Seoul, Busan and Gyeongju, with day trips to DMZ and Suwon. Only a few weeks left to get accustomed to Kimchi!

That's a pretty fun itinerary. You're going to want to make sure that you eat some fresh seafood in Busan. One of my favorite evenings in the country was spent on a date with my wife in a little seaside restaurant with stuff they'd pulled out of the ocean just a few hours before.

I ate a lot of spicy stuff, including Buldak noodles (came with its downsides). Now I can eat kimchi with no problem.
