Resignation as Green Party leader

Earlier today, I informed party members within the party's Discord that I am resigning as leader of the Green Party effective once a new leader is selected. In a separate motion, I have invited party members to determine interest in a new leader. I will not be standing in that contest, nor will I make any endorsements or effort to influence the race, and I will be leaving the party at the end of this Cosa.

It has been a genuine honor to serve as your leader and I am deeply grateful for your loyalty during admittedly difficult times. But it is now time for the party to chart a new path forward.

Once a new leader is elected I will request that the moderator settings be updated.

Party leader nominations closing on July 15th. The initial plan is to then close nominations with each candidate open to questions from members. Voting by the membership to follow.
