Talossa is a constitutional monarchy, making the King just a head of state while the head of government is the Seneschal or Prime Minister.

Well I'm not "just a head of state" as I have several roles both ceremonial and legal. Also, while the Seneschal is the head of government, he or she does not rule by fiat but at the will of the Cosa and the people and under laws such as The Organic Law and El Lexhatx.
