WHEREAS it has been a fortnight since @Tric'hard Lenxheir made his first post on Wittenberg, the Kingdom's official forums, following his application for citizenship being received by the Ministry of Immigration and

WHEREAS he, in that fortnight, has demonstrated continuous, genuine and active interest in this wonderful nation, its life, language and culture and

WHEREAS he clearly seeks to renew his citizenship, and

WHEREAS he genuinely is a nice and courageous person, and

THEREFORE I, Breneir Tzaracomprada, a citizen of good standing of the province of Florencia and of the Kingdom of Talossa, do hereby petition the Secretary of State @Sir Lüc to issue a grant of citizenship to Prospective Citizen, Tric'hard Lenxheir, as specified by law.

WHEREAS Tric'hard Lenxheir has completed all the legal requirements for admission to the Kingdom of Talossa, and has satisfied the nation and us of his interest in Talossan citizenship (the Best Thing Money Can't Buy), of his intention and desire to participate in our national life, and of his loyalty to the Crown, we are pleased and honoured hereby to (re-) admit Tric'hard Lenxheir to the exalted status of a NATURALISED CITIZEN OF THE KINGDOM OF TALOSSA, and of the province of Vuode, with all the rights, privileges, and duties thereunto appertaining.
