As a reminder, the maximum number of seats that can be held by a single MC is 30. Off-list MCs are no longer allowed.

Huh. Yes it should. I may have completely dreamt up a provision that has never existed even before the recent amendment. Not sure why I had the impression that only votes cast for parties counted. (Especially since I've done this correctly before!)
