Restaurant open on Cézembre

I hope to have the CAG updated by 10 December for your consideration.  I was investigating places to meet and stumbled across the fact that there is a restaurant in our Sovereign Province, a fact that had escaped my notice previously, but as mentioned by Ián B. Anglatzarâ and Sir Cresti Siervicül in September 2014

I suggest that location for the Cézembre Consulate within the capital of France.  Not sure if I can do that by Executive Order or if it needs to be placed as a proposal in l'Etats.
