Wittenberg / Another message from the old fool Carbonèl
November 14, 2025, 11:30:06 AM
What's this old fool Carbonèl is offering you ?

To be the guardian of the Kingdom's values: tolerance and respect. Together with the Progressive Alliance, we are proposing a change of government that is more than necessary. Politics needs room to breathe , not to oppose those who were previously in power, who did their best, but to allow for a new vision and to let this new approach move the Kingdom forward.

When I joined Talossa in 1997, the country was dominated by pocket votes. Don't be a pocket vote, vote with your head and your heart. In this election I ask you to choose not for my sake, but for yours.

Sincerely,

Mximo Carbonèl
Candidate for the office of Senator for Florencia

Because I am an independent mind. I have only one priority the good and the future of our country. Talossa is a project; it is a community of people. A community I've seen evolve over 25 years like never before. There was a time when our laws were just a pile of unorganized texts without structure or order. Now we have law codes and reform committees. That is the work of many dedicated volunteers who move our nation forward.

Our country is a long-term project that must always evolve, always progress. My promise to the voters of Florencia: to continue my work. I am not the most active citizen, many people beat me to this, but my contributions are built to last. I was there at the beginning of the internet and during the first migratory wave of cyber-citizens from 1996–1999, yes, in another century, or rather, another millennium.

In short, Talossan immigration must remain open, and we must show kindness and openness. The new immigrants will be the leaders of tomorrow. The first migratory wave transformed the Kingdom though it wasn't easy for the old native of the land. But new minds are essential to keep the Kingdom evolving.

As an elder, I am running for the Senate to continue a second term of balance and to advance ideas of progress that strengthen our culture. My position remains the same: to defend the interests of Florencia in the Ziu.

We'll talk again soon.

You can blame me for many things, but certainly not for being a fascist. Pulling the Godwin card this early in the campaign make me laugh behind my computer.

This election is about your record. I don't mind that you're trying to wake up the former king, but seriously if your party has no roots in the nacho-shaped province, it's because your policies simply don't interest us. And yet again, you've got yourself a new party. The same marketing won't fill the emptiness of your government, which I watch from afar because no one wants to get involved with you. Time to go, Ms. Prime Minister. Time to go...

Do the members of Ms. Schiva's party support her statement that the former King should return to political life to replace me as Senator for Florencia?
Do you support the return of the former King as Senator for Florencia?

Dear citizens of Florencia,
My fellow Talossans,

It is with a deep sense of honor and humility that I address you today as a candidate for the Senate of our beloved province of Florencia. To stand before you once again, after having had the privilege of serving in the early 2000s and again now for nearly two more years is a true joy for me.

Serving Talossa is not about belonging to an imaginary country; it is about upholding a living idea. Talossa is a community bound together by curiosity, creativity, and friendship. It is a place where words, laws, and laughter weave a thread between our minds and our hearts. And it is precisely this idea that I wish to continue defending: that of a proud, peaceful, and prosperous Kingdom of Talossa.

A Kingdom that is now regaining a sense of constitutional peace under the leadership of a new King who brings us closer together and works tirelessly to preserve the unity of our nation.

My past experience has taught me that a senator is not merely a legislator; he is also a guardian, a guardian of the dignity of our institutions, of respect among our fellow citizens, and of dialogue between generations. As one of the elder citizens of our realm, I also bear a duty to protect our country and its ideals. I am, and remain, a steadfast supporter of freedom of expression.

Today, I wish to continue in this role: to share my experience of our country with new immigrants, in a spirit of openness, collaboration, and mutual respect.

I will work to strengthen the stability of our Kingdom, to encourage participation from all our citizens — both long-standing and newly arrived — and to support the projects that make our nation shine beyond our digital borders.

I believe in a Talossa where the spirit of camaraderie triumphs over division, where debate serves to build rather than to destroy, and where national pride goes hand in hand with kindness.

Florencia has always been a province of heart, of culture, and of balance. It is this model that I wish to represent in the Senate a model of wisdom, attentiveness, and unity.

My dear friends, if you once again grant me your trust, I promise to be a voice both firm and fair, faithful to our motto, true to our history, and resolutely turned toward the future.

Long live the nacho-shaped province! Long live Florencia! Long live Talossa!

Rebirth of the Raßemblamaintsch per el Citizens Talossán (RCT)

**Florencia, August 8, 2025** — The citizens of Talossa are invited to witness a historic moment: the rebirth of the Raßemblamaintsch per el Citizens Talossán (RCT), also known in English as the Talossa Citizens' Rally. The party has been refounded by its original founder, Mximo Carbonèl, Senator from Florencia, with a clear mission — to restore the diversity and joy of life that once defined our nation.

The RCT's platform is built on five core commitments:

1. **Reduce bureaucracy** by eliminating overly technical laws and legislative votes that ordinary citizens cannot understand.
2. **Promote Talossan culture and language** as the beating heart of our national identity.
3. **Empower citizens** with the right to vote on the admission of new immigrants, ensuring meaningful participation before citizenship is granted.
4. **Strengthen the national budget** through an annual mandatory contribution from all citizens.
5. **Reform the Ziu** to 18 seats with only one chamber — 10 proportionally elected and 8 representing the provinces, one per province.

"The RCT is here to simplify governance, revive our traditions, and make sure every Talossan has a voice," said Mximo Carbonèl, Senator from Florencia. "We are committed to building a Talossa that is vibrant, united, and to work with every part of our great country."

He is a national hero now...

This is what you have...

Old case...

No one use censure in Canada since then...

BTW the King is our figure head of stade without power but the constitution of 1867 still give him all the power. Their is something call ''Constitutionnelle convention '' where the law is still their but no one use it anymore...

But if something wrong happen go to the police and ask for an investigation.

I'm pretty busy now...

Parliamentary Statement on the Integrity of Lawmaking and the Limits of Legislative Power

Honourable members of the Ziu,

We rise today to express grave concern regarding the proposed legislation entitled *Sense of the Ziu: A First Step Towards Decency* and *Sense of the Ziu: Moving forward without rough music. While the intent behind this proposal may appear noble at first glance, the underlying structure and implications of this bill run contrary to the most foundational principles of law, justice, and parliamentary responsibility.

It is a fundamental tenet of any democratic and constitutional system that Parliament must never craft legislation aimed at a specific individual. Laws must be general in nature, abstract in formulation, and universal in application. The moment a legislature uses its power to single out a citizen—whether explicitly or by unmistakable implication—it abandons its role as the steward of the common good and becomes an instrument of arbitrariness.

Let us be clear: the role of Parliament is not to discipline individuals. It is not to replace the judiciary. It is to legislate in a manner that protects the institutional order, serves the public interest, and upholds the rule of law.

No law should purport to solve one legal issue by creating another. *Sense of the Ziu* does precisely this: it seeks to address alleged misconduct through legislative means, thereby creating a precedent that endangers the impartiality of governance and the separation of powers. Such an approach risks transforming Parliament into a tribunal, and legislation into punishment. This is not decency. It is legislative overreach.

To those who have experienced harassment, abuse, or other forms of harm, we say this: the courts are open to you. The judiciary, independent and impartial, is the proper forum to hear such claims, weigh evidence, and render judgment in accordance with the law. Parliament must never pre-empt this process. It must never constrain the ability of judges to exercise their discretion freely and fully, in accordance with the facts and the rights of all parties.

If we permit ourselves to legislate against persons, rather than conduct; if we abandon due process in favour of political expediency; if we allow moral panic to dictate legal form—we will not be taking a first step toward decency, but a definitive step away from justice.

We therefore call upon all members of the Ziu, in the name of constitutional order, due process, and civic dignity, to immediately withdraw this legislation. Let us reaffirm our commitment to impartial governance and to the principle that the law must be above persons, and never against them.

I do not know the facts of the case, nor do I claim to know who is right or wrong. I place my trust in the courts to determine that. However, 61RZ13 and 61RZ17 sets a precedent that compels me to speak out.

For this reason, I will abstain on both this resolution and I urge anyone who believes they are a victim of harassment to file a formal complaint with the proper authorities outside Talossa if necessary.

I neither have the competence nor the desire to act as judge or prosecutor in a civil or a possible criminal matter. Neither should you.

Thank you very much for your attention.

Lady, Prime minister,

As a Senator, it is both my duty and my right to express myself freely on matters of public and political interest, particularly when they concern the well-being and autonomy of the Province I represent.  I have  concerned by what appears to be undue interference by the Prime Minister in the internal affairs of our Province. Such actions risk undermining the delicate balance that must exist between our federal institutions and the legitimate jurisdictions of the provinces.

I must emphasize that I do not speak out of partisanship, but out of a sincere conviction that each Province must be afforded the respect and space necessary to manage its own affairs. The role of a Senator is, above all, to safeguard the interests and voice of their region within the national framework. I therefore urge the Prime Minister to exercise greater restraint and to honour the spirit of federalism upon which our system is built.

I say this not in a spirit of confrontation, but with the hope of preserving the integrity of our institutions and the confidence of citizens who expect a fair, balanced, and respectful governance.

The Crown bears a long tradition marked, at times, by questionable judgment and missteps. It is now incumbent upon the new King to ensure that he governs with the confidence and support of his people. The Crown today stands in a position of fragility, and should it fail to recognize the importance of its relationship with the public, its very continuity may be called into question.

Your Highness,

I offer you respectful greetings.

It has come to our attention that a citizen of Florencia has already stepped forward as a volunteer for the vacant position. Given this, we are unable to comprehend the reasons behind the prolonged delay in making an appointment. If this candidate proves inadequate in the eyes of the Crown, so be it. Yet, we must insist that the next nominee be chosen from among the loyal and capable citizens of our own province.

Let us speak plainly: further hesitation, or the appearance of disregard for our region, could rekindle the doubts we once harbored regarding the legitimacy of the throne—doubts that, as Your Highness knows, were not without precedent under your predecessor.

We speak not out of defiance, but out of duty—to our people, to the principles of justice, and to the unity of the Realm. Respect, after all, must be mutual to endure.

We await Your Majesty's decision.
