I do think this is an opportunity for legislation, or at least a Premier with more than a tenuous grasp of election law and it's application 😅

I don't see how Article 1.6 of the Maricopa constitution is not a blanket ban, but I'm also no lawyer.

With that being said, I have no problem kicking the nomination of @Béneditsch Ardpresteir over to the Cabana to decide.

Under the provisions of 59CL1, which states:
