WHEREAS it has been more than a fortnight since @Nicolás Masquiarán-Díaz first posted on Wittenberg, following his introduction to the citizens of the Kingdom by officers of the Immigration Ministry, and

WHEREAS he has, in that time, demonstrated an active, genuine, and continuing interest in Talossan life, language and culture, and

WHEREAS he desires citizenship in the Kingdom of Talossa, and

WHEREAS by all indications it appears that he would be a loyal and dedicated citizen, and a credit to this nation if he obtains the grant of citizenship he requests,

THEREFORE I, Bråneu Excelsio, a citizen of good standing of the province of Fiovă and of the Kingdom of Talossa, do hereby petition the Secretary of State @Sir Lüc to issue a grant of citizenship to Prospective Citizen Nicolás Masquiarán-Díaz, as specified by law.

We have now a Discord group made up of the Captain of the Zouaves, the Deputy Minister of Defence, the Admiral of the Royal Navy and myself. We are taking notes of the achievements we're going to award at the end of the Cosa and we're coming up with new ideas to revitalize the Ministry.

I informed the members of the Cabinet I was having lots of trouble the past few weeks because my internet service provider failed completely and I had to change ISP and that took way more time than I expected. Two full weeks with no internet at home.
Also, my workload at my job has increased exponentially but starting this monday I'll have more time in my hands since school is over this semester.

I will start with La C'hronica, my attention will focus on being up to date in that regard.

Other thing I wanted to say is that I've been struggling with the internet in my home and we're running low on phone internet's. Last year around the same time same thing happened and I'm sorry about it.

First of all apologies for the late answer. We are working once again in the concept of printing posters that may catch the eye of curious minds near in academic areas.
We are not currently working in a Talossan live event under the STUFF Ministry but if we will come up with one soon, an announcement will be made in time.

The Live Promotion Ceremony depens on the number of promotions and exhibitions, but here's a few things we have planned.

We have lined up a Zouaves Recognition Update to happen during May and June.
We will support the Royal Navy in updates and new initiatives to be announced.
We will create a publicly accessible archive highlighting the history of Talossa's military institutions.
Also, we will review and publish a clear, simplified chart of the current Defence Ministry structure.

The health of Talossa depends on our ability to attract and retain new citizens. We cannot afford to let one person repeatedly disrupt our environment with impunity.
Talossa is a community. And no community can survive, much less grow, if its environment is toxic or discouraging.

Persistent antagonism and manipulative behavior from one individual have made our public spaces tense and unpleasant in the past. Protecting this behavior for the sake of avoiding precedent sends a louder message than any action would. The real precedent we should fear is allowing this to continue unchecked.
This is the problem we are facing. The good news is: at least now we're facing it together. Talossa needs tools to remove disruptive individuals from public spaces; not out of spite, but to protect the integrity of the community. So yeah, we also support the CPS.

I know policy may not solve everything, but ignoring the problem ensures it will grow. If we care about welcoming new citizens, then giving ourselves better tools to maintain a healthy civic environment is not only responsible, it's necessary.

The Kingdom of Talossa is not just an old fantasy or experiment; it's a story that works because we agree to treat each other as co-authors and perhaps now is the moment to consider what kind of tone we want our story to carry.

Perhaps we can implement the promotions now that he's the Captain of the Zouaves. We'll talk about it and come up with a resolution.

Thank you for your earnest concern. There has been no change in government policy regarding the Infotecă. The lack of updates was due to my temporary inability to dedicate my usual time to Talossan affairs due to extra talossan obligations. I appreciate your reminder of its value, and I will seek to delegate its maintenance to Deputies within the Ministry so updates can continue regularly.
