WHERE BE IT ENACTED by the King, Senäts and Cosă in Ziu assembled that section 7.3.1.1 in El Lexhatx A.7.3.1 which currently reads as:

7.3.1.1. "Sexual violence" shall include abuse of trust, where a Talossan citizen over the age of 18 initiates sexual conduct (physically or by means of words or images) with any person under the age of 18; and the citizen over 18 is in a position of supervision, authority or tutelage over said person under 18.

Be changed to:

7.3.1.1. "Sexual violence" shall include abuse of trust, where a Talossan citizen over the age of 18 initiates sexual conduct (physically or by means of words or images) with any person over which they area position of supervision, authority or tutelage, unless proper prior consent is given and that person is 18 of older.

I had the same thought when reading the abuse of trust act, for which I am in favour but is too limited indeed. I support your proposal.

Senator @mpf just a heads up this still needs to be reviewed by the CRL before being clarked. Still time but considering recent activity levels on Witt you may want to give the CRL members as much time as possible.

Not sure why my question was ignored, but given the nature of this bill I'm going to interpret this as a request to move the bill to committee.

I have bolded where there's clearly a word missing.

I will note that this language is very broad, and you should check to be sure it means what you wish it to mean.

I think the last part should read "18 years of age"

Also, what does "proper" mean in this context?
