In recognition to the cultural work of gathering information, editing and publishing the Second Volume (and thus creating a serie) of the Talossan Book of Cuisine, as it brought together the Talossan community and is a strong evidence of Talossanity available for all the world to see, as the publication of this letter, citizen BRENEIR TZARACOMPRADA is to be recognized with the rank of PRIVATE SECOND CLASS within Els Zuávs da l'Altahál Rexhitál.

Enlisted citizens who contribute in creating a richer environment in the great Kingdom of Talossa, whose work pushes further the cultural frontier of Talossanity shall be recognized for we exaltate those who dare to do something worthy.

In recognition to the cultural work of carrying through the 2nd El Pretz Per Tomas Poetry Contest, being co-judge along with prize creator Owen Edwards and poet laureate Óïn Ürsum, citizen BRENEIR TRAZACOMPRADA actions are recognized as Zouaves exhibition.

The 2nd El Pretz Per Tomas Poetry Contest brought together the Talossan community and leaves a strong evidence of Talossanity available for all the world to see, as well as promoting cultural activity within Talossan Citizens. 

As the publication of this letter, the culmination of this contest organized by citizen BRENEIR TZARACOMPRADA, grants him with the number of exhibitions needed to hold the rank of PRIVATE FIRST CLASS within Els Zuávs da l'Altahál Rexhitál.
