Well folks, honestly, I had hoped to hear something from our Burgermeister @Istefan Perþonest before announcing this.
But as a former LCCer I am still an eager beaver.

Starting this month (February 2022), in an effort, that I hope will restart Talossan's voluntarily contributing money to the Kingdom, I will be sending $10 USD ($120 USD per year) to the Burgermeister of Inland Revenue on a monthly basis. I have been a Talossan citizen for nearly 15 years and it feels like the time is right for this.

This is an honest attempt to challenge those who can to do the same on a monthly basis.
There are no gimmicks attached to this challenge. Just contributing to the Kingdom for which we all care.

I am hopeful in the next session to work with the Cosa, if legally required, and the Burgermeister on setting up a Patreon account or similar platform to automate the monthly payment process. I know not everyone can do this or is inclined to do so but for those who can contribute, please do not hesitate.

I'm not giving up here. Our last budget was around $250 USD. At that scale even small monthly donations or one-time donations make a large difference.

For what it's worth, know that I intend to join you in the coming weeks as my financial situation stabilizes. Good money at my new job, but catching up on bills comes first, y'know? :P
