Vaccination Passes

I'm not sure if this is something we'd consider but it doesn't seem like a bad idea. Have we thought about setting up Vaccination Passes for citizens that are fully vaccinated?
Not sure how they need to be formated, but New Zealand's one looks like this.

I'm not sure what the point of such a pass would be, since we are not in a position to enforce a vaccine mandate anywhere even if we wanted to (and personally I hope we would not want to).
