Squirrel King of Arms and Viceroy Squirrel King of Arms

I would like to formally request that the current Squirrel King of Arms, @Sir Cresti Siervecul, appoint a Viceroy Squirrel King of Arms to act in his stead in the necessary functions of the Royal Talossan College of Arms. As the RTCoA is becoming ever more active, and requests for arms are advancing, the task of asking the King for honors is becoming more relevant. Active leadership of the RTCoA is an important part of our kingdom.
