National Lottery

Would we ever consider a national lottery? Maybe 1 or 2 people could set up a team that aren't allowed to enter. Numbers would be randomly drawn.
Prices would be figured out, but we could perhaps do it as
10% goes towards running Talossa.
20% goes towards a charity of the winners choice.
The rest goes directly to the winner.
Just an idea, it sounds silly I know.

There's no law against games of chance in Talossa!  I love the idea.  Participants would need to check to be sure that their country of residence doesn't have laws against it, though.

Pick 5 numbers between 1-80
Or
Just sell individual tickets, we start them at 1 and the next buyer gets #2 so on and so forth.

It would be fun to make it Talossa-themed somehow.  Like the total numbers could go to 59, a number with mystical Talossan significance.  Each person can buy a number -- as many as they wish, in order.  If no one has that number, the total rolls over to the next lottery.

Ah yes, I see your point. Would multiple people be able to buy the same number? And split it evenly amongst the correct pickers (if any)?

I'll go over it a couple of times. How would we go in terms of payment? Would I create a new PayPal account?

I think I've sorted something. There is an app called Wise. I have used it before. You can set up Virtual bank accounts in different currencies like USD, EURO, GBP, etc etc. Will need to get more details, but if someone could message me in regards to this it would be much appreciated.

I don't want yet another cryptocurrency to watch bounce around like a bad tech stock.  The BTC crash already gives me a stomachache when I think about it.

Not sure what that is, but there is a way to register corporations in the country, complete with articles of incorporation and a public listing.
