How can I remove my "guest" status from any chat?

I am new to this part of the forum. I'd like to enter a chat, I downloaded also Discord for it but I can't send any messages because I am considered as Guest.
How can I solve it?
I am a Talossan since 2016

Do you mean in the shout box? You should have access everywhere else in the forum as your status is "citizen."
