How do I get my citizen identity card?

Azul, everyone!
I am a proud Talossan citizen, and I want to be identified, and access to my nationality rights.
So I want to know how to complete the "nationality test", and have my beautiful card.

A question: Is the card printed or digital?

When you pass, she lets me know, and I get in touch with you to get your info. These are real cards, printed up and laminated -- the first round is just about set to go to the printer (it's most economical to have them printed nine at a time), so we may have a bit of delay in the next round, just depending on how fast people take their tests and respond with info. I don't want to make people wait too long to get them though, so if we reach a point where we have less than nine printed at a time, I'll have it done.
