Second leg of 2022 Talossan Cycling Association Tour

Team registrations open: next weekend (instructions for team leaders will follow.)
Deadline team registrations: August 18th

1a. For new teams. Go to velogames.com. First you have to create an account which you can do by clicking log in and then click here to register

1b. For teams who participated in the previous leg. Go to Velogames.com and log in using the account you used for the previous leg.

2. Once you are logged in go here: https://www.velogames.com/spain/2022/entryform.php to enter your team.
*This can still be changed after! so don't worry about filling something in and fixing it later (until August 19th).
*You can find details on the scoring here: https://www.velogames.com/spain/2022/scores.php (Note that beside the obvious points for individual classification/stage results you can also get points if teammates of your riders to well)
* This: https://www.velogames.com/spain/2022/riders.php gives a better view of the cost (points) per rider which makes it easier to stay below the required 100 points.
(NB, It's perfectly possible to do well if you don't have much cycling knowledge. Just make sure to use all your 100 points, or close to it, to be competitive)

3. After you set up your team you can go to your team page (visit team) and under team management there should be a button called join league. There you can join the Talossan Cycling Association Tour by entering the following league code: 724966633

The deadline for entering/changing your team is August 19th! 18:15 Cézembre Summer time, which is 11:15 TST.

I had expected velogames Spain to go live this weekend, but we had to wait until today. This means the window for registering is limited. Only 4 days (minus a bit) left!

Even so, it may be wise to have a look at your team just before the deadline, cause there may still be changes in the rider lineup before then!

Btw, for the teams that submitted their roster early in the week. It might be worth checking if the list of riders has been updated since then. There have been several additions to the list since monday, and also a couple of withdrawals.

This is particularly relevant for anyone that picked Quintana, as he decided to withdraw last minute.

(If you did pick a rider that doesnt start and you dont pick a replacement yourself, velogames will pick a replacement for you, so its not a huge deal).

Still about 18 hours for new teams to register or for registered teams to make changes!
