In recognition to his work and consistency during the cultural activity Talossan Cycling Association Tour Utrecht-Madrid 2022, as it brought together the Talossan community during several weeks,  as the publication of this letter, citizen GLÜC DA DHI is to be recognized with the rank of PRIVATE SECOND CLASS within Els Zuávs da l'Altahál Rexhitál.
