As someone who is slowly making steps to learn our national language I would like to request membership of SIGN. Under the current Article 3 will I need a current member to co-sign my request?

You realise that Lüc had to wait THREE MONTHS for his membership :D

It was my job to wake up Iac and XPB to vote last time - can someone else do it?
