BHAID Administration.

Effective immediately, I am pleased to announce the appointment of our Most. Hon. Seneschal Breneir Trazaracomprada as the new administrator of the Bureau of Humanitarian Aid and International Development (BHAID) of the Kingdom of Talossa. His dedication to helping those in need make him the ideal candidate for this position. I have full confidence that he will effectively lead and manage the BHAID, enhancing Talossa's efforts towards promoting socioeconomic development and humanitarian assistance whenever possible.

So, will Seneschal Tzaracomprada refrain to direct the Government and the Foreign Minister on policies to be pursued by BHAID as the Ministreu would then have to instruct Administrator Tzaracomprada to deliver on the directions set by the same Tzaracomprada in his capacity as Seneschal?
