Although I'm not yet recognised as a Talossan citizen, I would like to claim the following spot (which was the place we usually sun-bathed with my parents when I was younger). Fun fact : Cezembre beach is the only one south-oriented in the region

Great to hear from you and that you have been to (and can see) Cézembre!  I do hope that you continue to pursue citizenship.  Typically we have held spots in the Zone Autorisé for the government, and distribute spots in the Zone Interdite.  However, in your case having prior use of the location, and it being near the edge of the canton boundary, I think that the Cézembre Land Office could propose the adjustment, subject to approval by l'Etats de Cézembre.  (also a hilarious pick for the english word version)
