Ministerial Note on the NCC/Qet Paßa Links

Folks, first thanks to @Dame Litz Cjantscheir, UrN for alerting me to the issue. There was an error in the link for the New Citizens Guide which I have been posting, along with Qet Paßa, in each immigration application thread once the applicant creates a Wittenberg account. This error made the link unusable. I have reviewed and fixed the links so that they work now.

The Ministry expresses its regret for the error.
