Denied access to webmail

Would anyone know the new passwords for immigration@talossa.com and stuff@talossa.com ? I've been able to access the 1st one but for a few days now I have 'access denied'.. all this makes me unable to manage new immigrants and to access our social media, which is a bit annoying. Has one of you ever experienced this ?

Emails should be restored, according to the help ticket from DoRoyal.

@Sir Lüc are you able to reset the password to the STUFF email?

Danihel is on it. DoRoyal was failing due to some major issues apparently. It's all back on track. STUFF credentials will be reset very soon.

After two weeks without any immigration application, MinImm has tested the process, and confirm this one is not working any more... Yesterday MinTech raised another ticket to DoRoyal (would we have been more lucky with a company named DontRoyal...?)
MinSTUFF will slow external propaganda until resumption of service.

Would someone know how to collect the emails of those who applied, and how to disable temporarily the possibility to apply? [mention]Sir Lüc [/mention]or [mention]Baron Alexandreu Davinescu [/mention] maybe ?

Public heads-up that this weekend the Seneschal has directed me to look into the Immigration form issues, and upon inspection it was down to the WP Contact Form 7 plugin requiring we implement reCaptcha on the form itself in order to avoid it being used to spam random people.

I have updated WP and all plugins, generated new reCaptcha v3 keys from the backend@talossa.com Google account, and made sure the CF7 reCaptcha integration was now in place. This should hopefully be enough to make the form work again.
