License plate concept I made

Azul, I was bored so I made this license plate concept. Format would be 00-AAA-0000 with the first numbers being the registration year and the letters being the province code. Last digits are randomized. The background is, as you see, the Talossan flag. The plate I made would be from this year from Cézembre.
Province codes I made up:
ATA - Atatürk
BEN - Benito
CEZ - Cézembre
FIO - Fiôvâ
FLO - Florencia
MAR - Maricopa
MMX - Maritiimi-Maxhestic
VUO - Vuode

What do you think? This idea randomly popped in my head, so I decided to make it a reality :)

I live in Ohio (USA), and a bill was recently passed making it no longer a requirement to have a license plate on the front bumper. My front bumper is now freed up. (Funny, they didn't change the price on anything. One license plate still costs as much as two.) If you can figure out a way to make Talossan license plates, then I'm in

I lay claim to 24-CEZ-1945
Why 1945? Well, that was a good year for me! <grin>
(And 1945 is as random as any other choices, in theory)

In Colorado we still have front plates but perhaps I can display the plate somewhere else on my Subaru Crosstrek.  I would like to claim 24-CEZ-3037 to correspond to my PO Box number (hmm maybe I can display it there...)

When I get back from school I'll make the plate ;)

@xpb I think you know that CEZ is the code for Cézembre, right?

How much does our Talossan numberplate cost - including transportation (postal) costs? And how do I pay for mine?

I made the plate in Pixlr.E, I unfortunately do not have a license plate press and the materials which also means that I'm not making money off of it. If I were to ship it, I wouldn't, since shipping outside of the EU would be really expensive

Aha! My (physical) location is inside Europe (England), so that is not, of itself a serious problem. I definitely realise that making a plate is not cheap (="inexpensive" ... dialects of English vary) but if I know the cost, and I think it's reasonable, then I shall pay. I could, perhaps, get the plate made physically here in the UK - but I'm not sure about that... I shall research it.

I mean, the UK is outside of the European Union, shipping would be logically more expensive than inside the EU

I think the idea was mine (I'm not sure). I am also planning to make a euro-style plate soon (aka when I get home from school).

Not necessarily, the postage should be the same as if posting to any other European nation, regardless of EU status or not.

The only 'additional' cost from the EU to the UK is goods which are over £39 are liable to Import VAT. Customs Duty becomes payable if the value of the goods is over £135. Which I doubt either applies in this case.

Would be cool to make a physical and not a digital copy of the license plate but unfortunately I can't make a physical copy, unless, in my area near the place where you register cars there are shops where you can buy license plates, either decorative or for use on your car. You can also get one that you would use on a car but it will be invalid since it wouldn't have the state seal and safety check seal (as you may have guessed I live in Germany, specifically Bavaria)
