@xpb I think you know that CEZ is the code for Cézembre, right?
Anyway @xpb I have made the plate as promised. It's shown below:

The paperwork is as bad here in the UK, alas - my front numberplate was knocked off (by a pothole), and I had to find one specific official document and provide proof of address before they would even make a replacement numberplate.
...maybe if I can find a local thief who is in the black-market for making unregistered plates... hmmm... maybe not!
