I actually forgot I have an Arizona plate back from 2016 when I was bought it from ebay. I actually know how I could make physical plates (NA-style for now). I could print the design on foil, like many US states do nowadays and just stick it on a piece of metal cut to shape and since my dad has recently bought a laser cutter now, I could make physical plates like that.
