Looks good to me. @Miestră Schivă, UrN if the TNC votes this down even after endorsing it then you will have a partner should you run a campaign showing there is a faction of Talossans (several in the TNC) who support an empty throne.

We already have an empty throne, effectively, that's the problem :D

I am looking forward to seeing what happens when this goes to the Clark, but it can got to the CRL first.
