As seen here and here, I've made Talossan road signs. I'm planning to make a redesign using a different font and altering some signs.
People are interesting and questionable at the same time.

"Highway Gothic" (FHWA Series fonts) is what we use here in the US, so you're probably familiar with it.

Also got to see some while driving thrhough the Netherlands to get to London. According to Wikipedia they use a font derived from Highway Gothic.

If there would be some sort of font mixer, then I would mix Transport, DIN 1451, Drogowskaz and Highway Gothic all into one font.

My personal favourites are Drogowskaz and DIN 1451.
People are interesting and questionable at the same time.
