True. This is also correct according to the Atatürk page on Talossa.com https://talossa.com/the-talossan-realm/ataturk/

In the national atlas (1994) the postal abbreviations for Atatürk, Vuode and M-M are KA, VD, and MM (The other provinces didnt exist yet as provinces, or changed their name later.

I've also seen VD being used a lot more than VU.

The reason for the redesign was to give it more Talossanity, so I swapped out the Euroband with the bicoloreu and changed the flag for the coat of arms.
