Whereas, it has been more than 60 days since Judge Litz Cjantscheir has acted, ruled, or appeared in the Tzaracomprada v. Plätschisch case.

Therefore, Judge Litz Cjantscheir is deemed to have retired according to Article VIII, Section 5 of the Organic Law and Lex.G.11.1. and the Tzaracomprada v. Plätschisch case is to be reassigned.

@Sir Lüc Tomorrow will be ten days so I'm pre-lodging a request for tomorrow. Requesting this to be moved to the CRL as well. Grazie!

@Sir Lüc I am hoping the inimitable Secretary of State will act on my request soon. We might need to just allow bill authors to move to the CRL after the 10 day Hopper time is met.

The new system for moving bill threads is a failure.  It was good-intentioned, but it broke something that was working fine.  We should return to the previous approach, where people post their bills in the CRL board for consideration.

@Glüc da Dhi S.H.

All, this bill is quite straightforward and we are nearing the deadline for the Clark. Would you please provide your assessment of the bill?

Not a CRL member, but since I don't want to Clark something with an easily fixable error, this should say Article VIII, Section 5, as it is the first paragraph of Section 5 that states:

QuoteA Judge shall remain on the Cort pü Inalt [...] until such time as the Ziu shall remove him or her from their seat

Thanks Luc, it has been corrected.
