Provincial flag

Dear fellow Cézembreans

I'd like to open a discussion regarding our Provincial flag, following the question raised in this thread about Royal Academy of Vexillology.

As you may know, our flag is similar to the Breton "Gwenn ha Du".

You can read in Wikipedia:
The flag is the official banner of the region of Brittany. It is a symbol of the Breton identity used by Bretons in and outside of Brittany. For years the authorities considered the flag as a separatist symbol, but the attitude has now changed and the flag, no longer having any political connotations, may appear everywhere, even on public buildings, along with the other official flags. It is widely used throughout Brittany and can even be seen on town halls in the region. (...) The flag was created in 1923 by Morvan Marchal. He used the flag of the United States as his inspiration, seen as a symbol of freedom.

This extensive use can be witnessed in any tourist shop, as you can see below in the photos I took last week:

Even if I love Brittany a lot, I am kind of annoyed that we share the same flag.
For our beloved Province, what would you think about some slight changes to our flag?
It can be as simple as using the Bicoloreu Green colour instead of black, for the whole flag or for the stripes only?

I would be worried that the many TCAT fans usually showing up to support the Cézembrean teams across France might be unaware of this change and show up using the wrong flag.

The colours aren't too bright (but still noticeable) which fits the general style of the flag.

I would be worried that the many TCAT fans usually showing up to support the Cézembrean teams across France might be unaware of this change and show up using the wrong flag.

Then I say if a flag change will happen, it should be notified in this board, Talossan press and media outlets as well as in the kingdom.

Glüc has a point here, surely it should be stated in a possible decision that the Black & White flag may still be used to represent our Province in all occasions in absence of the new flag.
Anyway, this may only happen after a referendum, as the description of our flag is a part of our Constutution, Chapter I article 6.

Another option is to design a flag which would allow Cézembréan supporters to simply modify their current flag, by colouring the white interspaces between the black bars, for instance :

Shouldn't then the constitution be rewritten if we want to change the flag?
