Bestowal of the Order of Belacostă upon Mic'haglh Autófil

To all whom this may concern:

Hear ye, the following.

By the powers conferred upon me as Maestro of Belacostă, I am pleased to award the Order of Belacostă to

S:reu Mic'haglh Autófil

for his efforts in reforming the province's constitution and his role in helping Belacostă shed the authoritarian sympathies of this nation's founder.

Furthermore, as Article 8 of the Constitution of Belacostă states, among other things,

The composition of the Senate cannot be altered between two General Elections, except by appointment by the Maestro, removal or resignation.

the said newly created Don Mic'haglh Autófil is - as a cautionary measure - also appointed to a seat in the Senate of Belacostă, as part of the allocation reserved to the Maestro of Belacostă, his right to a seat as a member of the Order of Belacostă notwithstanding.
