The payment is shown as pending until 30th April, but I have submitted the fee through PayPal today

I'm informed by Senator-elect @Eðo Grischun that his payment is also listed as "pending". Can the Burgermeister explain what's going on here?

Given that the required fees have reportedly been sent, that the First Clark is fast approaching, that we really need the Senate to get going and that the Senate has ways (Rule 3) to overrule me if it so wishes, I am amicable to declaring @Antaglha Xhenerös Somelieir and @Eðo Grischun elected and seating them in advance if they provide me with proof of payment (a screenshot, or a PDF receipt, etc.).

PayPal when doing some bank transfers marks them as pending until they are processed by the bank - I see several pending transactions in the burgermeister@talossa.com PayPal.  Not all were accompanied by memos there or PMs here and while I can post a memo I won't for privacy reasons post sender info.  I just placed a recent transactions post in the civil service forum. https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=4018.0

On this evidence, memos labeled "Vuode" and "Someileir", it is obvious that @Eðo Grischun and @Antaglha Xhenerös Somelieir have both paid their fees and I request that the SoS seat them.

Yes, the only question is whether the fee for Antaglha was paid twice, as the transaction summary seems to suggest. Nobody was notified about the 14 April payment so I'm a bit confused as to what went on here.
