Yeah, that's the name, but with a thorn letter in the surname.  I don't remember the poetry thing, but you could be right.  It rings a bell, but I'm not sure it was Dreu... was that not the DPDPDPDPD guy?  edit: remembered his name, Tony Weckstrom. No?

No, don't think so.  Weckstrom started up some other micronations with fake names and then had them declare alliance and some other play-acting things, as I recall.

That's too bad.  I don't think we should be immigrating anyone who vows to overthrow our government or who says they'll essentially be lying with their citizenship oath.  I hope that, unless this is clarified a bit, that someone will exercise Section 8 on this application.

There's a lot I could say here, but I'd rather not get into a political debate in a thread to that's entire purpose is welcome a prospective citizen. I will say I'm not opposed to his immigration in principle so long as any overthrow of the duly elected government is only done via the will of the people (though I doubt the people will that).

Switching topics, aside from the description on wikipedia (and the desire to overthrow the government), what brings you here? Is your interest cultural, linguistic, you just like the quirkiness, something entirely different?
